They highlighted the signing, in September 2025, of the Bilateral Political Consultations Plan for the period 2026-2029.

They expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy and interest in expanding the agenda of medicinal radioisotopes to meet health needs.

They positively evaluated initiatives aimed at developing the project for the creation of the 'mirror' carbon testing site in the Brazilian Amazon.

They reaffirmed their commitment to implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, highlighting the importance of balancing its environmental, social, and economic pillars.

They positively registered the creation of the Brazilian-Russian Consortium of Technological Universities in the fuel and energy sector, between the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and the National Research University 'Moscow Institute of Energy'.

They reaffirmed their position in favor of restoring the central role of the UN in harmonizing the interests of member countries and developing collective responses to contemporary challenges, as well as their commitment to observing the fundamental norms of international law, including the purposes and principles of the UN Charter.
